Patriot International is proud to announce the addition of two new apprentices to their internal apprenticeship training program, known as the SPEAR program.

Keigan Farquhar and Kai Anderson have been selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants to join the company's innovative apprenticeship scheme, designed to cultivate the next generation of talent in the Oil and Gas industry.

The SPEAR program, which stands for (Strategic, Program, Education, Assessment, Recruitment), is Patriot International's initiative to introduce fresh perspectives and skilled professionals into the energy sector. Through a comprehensive curriculum that combines theoretical learning and hands-on experience, apprentices gain invaluable insights into various aspects of the industry.

The SPEAR program is Patriot’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a thriving workforce where safety is at the forefront of their priorities.

Patriot International's Training Lead, Harley Sherret emphasized the importance of investing in the next generation of energy professionals. "The industry is constantly evolving, and it is essential that we develop a pipeline of skilled and passionate individuals who can tackle the challenges of tomorrow," she said.

Keigan and Kai will undergo a comprehensive training program, during which they will rotate through various departments, gaining exposure to different aspects of the oil and gas and energy sectors, paving the way for rewarding careers in the industry.
