Setup Instructions:

1. Prepare the Tube Sheet:
   • Establish the center of the tube sheet and mark horizontal and vertical lines using chalk.
   • Measure 120mm vertically from the center point and mark a horizontal line.
2. Install the Adjustment Plate:
   • Align the top of the adjustment plate with the marked horizontal line.
   • Secure the plate using the supplied expander bolts.
3. Position the Mounting Plate:
   • Use a mechanical lift to position the mounting plate against the tube sheet.
   • Align the mounting holes with the M12 fixing points in the 12 o’clock position.
4. Secure with Clamps and Bolts:
   • Fit the spacer over the expander bolts to prevent thread binding.
   • Attach the clocking tower finger clamps for additional stability.
   • Tighten all screws and ensure level mounting.
