The Role
- To deliver courses that comply to Patriot’s and accrediting body’s standards.
- Support and guide delegates through the course to ensure they get the most of our their training.
- Delivering high-quality, hands-on training courses that enable delegates to safely and effectively carry out their work.
- Contribute to developing and growing theTraining Division, training standards, improvement of existing courses and what we can offer our customers.
- Deliver practical aspects of training courses always keeping Health & Safety as a priority adhering to appropriate HSE procedures.
- Recording and Administration of training courses delivered to awarding body’s standards.
The Person
- Experienced in delivering technical training and professional guidance to delegates.
- Background in developing training materials and assessments.
- Confident in communication and presentation skills.
- Forward thinking skills to develop TrainingAcademy’s capabilities.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit delegate’s learning styles.
- Level headed and calm approach to changing requirements and schedules.
- Conscientious, ensuring workshop health and safety at all times.
- Skilled in updating training materials to reflect industry best practices and new technologies.
- Computer literate and confident in administration skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant: SBT and MJI background and qualifications.
- Desired (but not essential): Site based experience.
- Desired (but not essential): Level 3 teacher training and assessor's award.
- Desired (but not essential): Relevant mechanical qualifications.
