Instructions for Setting the Toolpost Angle:
- Determine the Required Angle:
- The toolpost locks at 15°, 20°, and 23°.
- Use an Allen key to loosen the locking grubscrews and adjust the angle.
- Adjust the Toolpost Angle:
- Loosen the swivel locking nut to enable toolpost rotation.
- Use an angle-checking block against the toolpost backplate to verify accuracy.
- Tighten the locking nut to secure the angle setting.
Fitting the Hub Profile Unit:
- Remove the Standard Toolpost Saddle:
- Unscrew and remove the M10 screws securing the standard saddle.
- Install the Hub Profile Unit in place of the standard saddle.
- Fit the Cutting Tool:
- Loosen the center screw on the tool clamp.
- Insert the cutting tool between the clamp bracket and toolpost body.
- Secure the tool in place using the locking screw.
