Setup and Operation:

• Fast Setup Process:
  • Slide the bar through the holes to be bored and center it with setup cones
  • Tack weld spherical mounts to the workpiece
  • Replace the bar and make final centering adjustments
  • Attach the rotational drive to the bar and lock it in place
  • Adjust the stroke for the first boring pass and lock the rotational drive
  • Insert and adjust the tool bit for the depth of cut
