Setup Instructions:

1. Prepare the Tube Sheet:
   • Establish the center of the tube sheet and mark horizontal and vertical lines through the center using chalk.
   • Measure 290mm vertically down from the center point and mark a horizontal line.
2. Install the Adjustment Plate:
   • Align the top face of the adjustment plate with the marked horizontal line.
   • Secure the plate in position using the expander bolts or a preferred mounting method.
3. Position the Mounting Plate:
   • Use a mechanical lift to position the mounting plate against the tube sheet, resting it on the adjusting screws.
   • Rotate the plate until one of the four M12 machine mounting holes is in the 12 o’clock position.
4. Secure with Clamps and Bolts:
   • Fit the spacer over the expander bolts to prevent them from being partially withdrawn during tightening.
   • Use the finger clamps and additional clamping plates to secure the mounting plate in place.
   • Tighten all screws and bolts to ensure stability and security.
