Refresher – Previous TOSM’s Certificate

New Workers  

Completed WBTA’s (Work based Task Assignments) With minimum 3x examples of machining work.

Experienced Workers

Employee – Letter of Endorsement stating knowledge of machining work, Previous OSM or TOSM Certs.

‍

Private Individual – Previous OSM or TOSM Certs & CV with two references.

Information

• 1 hour Theory – 6 hour Practical

‍

• Multiple choice questions theory test

  • Practical exercise consists of setting up machine and performing a pipe cut & prep and counter bore.

‍

• 80% pass mark on theory questions
